The Challenge



I have a plan.

I know i usually have a lot of plans and about 0.00009% of them are ever carried out.
But i WILL do this properly.

THE GOAL:
To eat as many 'fear foods' as i can.
What is a fear food?
It is something i love. It could be melting peanut butter over a freshly made waffle. Or the spicy, sickeningly sweet cinnamon rolls my mom used to make for me.
(and i mean sickeningly in the best, cinnamon-ey way ever)

And every time i eat something i love i used to (and still do) love i shall NOT FEEL GUILTY, i shall not START DOING CRUNCHES, i will not SUCK IN MY TUMMY. i will SMILE and REMEMBER WHY I LOVE THEM.

it's really late right now and i've been studying econs all day so i am not thinking my clearest. I'll put up what i can for now and i'll add more tomorrow or something.

I don't even need to finish the whole thing. i will just eat it until i am satisfied. Until i feel FULL. i will not stop because of the calories but because of how I FEEL.
